Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with the order number and state the product condition within 7 days of delivery for an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize an exchange of product, we will email an Authorization and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged or defective items must be returned to us with the original full packaged and wrapped. We will verify its condition before replacement is made. If we find the defect described in your message, we will arrange a replacement for the defective item(s) accordingly.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Express Air Mail unless otherwise requested by you on your orders. We can ship you package any way you desire other than Express Air Mail (for example FedEX overnight service). You will have to bear all charges to what Express Air Mail or shipping company will be charging us for the service.

Taxes or duties

When your orders are shipped overseas, you must comply with all the laws and requirement of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Y28shopping.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to Y28shopping.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
